Job Description

Our client located in south Etobicoke is seeking a Finance Administrator for a permanent engagement, this role will support the Finance Department directly.  Please see a list of responsibilities below:

  • providing administrative support to internal and external stake holders
  • reviewing and revising vendor contracts as required
  • setting up new users on ta banking platform
  • communicating with vendors and senior management
  • creating and/or revising PowerPoint presentations
  • electronic document filing and scanning

Experience Required:
  • a minimum of 3-5 years supporting a finance department
  • intermediate/advanced MS Office skills ie. Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • experience with contract review and revision with high attention to detail
  • College diploma preferably with a focus in office administration
  • ability to communicate with senior management
  • multi-tasking, organizational skills and prioritization of tasks is a must
